✈️ The opportunity

As Captain on the Challenger 604, you will lead safe, efficient, and polished operations across domestic and international routes. You will champion a proactive safety culture, model excellent crew coordination, and deliver a seamless passenger experience while upholding the highest professional standards.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Exercise command authority to ensure the safe conduct of all flights, from planning through arrival.
  • Lead flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel strategy for each mission.
  • Operate the CL-604 to company SOPs and applicable Canadian Aviation Regulations, maintaining the highest airmanship.
  • Demonstrate superb CRM, mentoring first officers and fostering a collaborative cockpit.
  • Communicate clearly with passengers, crew, dispatch, and maintenance to keep operations seamless and on-time.
  • Navigate international operations, adapting to varied airspace, procedures, and cultural contexts.
  • Champion a just culture by reporting hazards, participating in safety programs, and driving continuous improvement.

🧰 What you bring

  • Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours total time with recent turbojet (jet) time.
  • Credentials: TCCA ATPL and Class 1 Medical; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Language: Bilingual — fluent spoken English and French.
  • Compliance: Eligible to obtain a RAIC.
  • Professional strengths: Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, leadership, flexibility, and a proven, highly safety‑conscious background.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience on the Challenger 604 or similar large-cabin business jet.
  • International operating experience.
