🧭 Role overview
As B787 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a modern widebody network. You will set the tone on the flight deck, uphold rigorous standards, and mentor crew while executing company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Command B787 flights with uncompromising safety and procedural discipline
- Exercise sound judgement in all phases of flight, from dispatch to arrival
- Lead a high-performing crew through effective CRM, coaching, and debriefing
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for on-time performance
- Champion compliance with JCAB and international regulations and company SOPs
- Represent the airline’s service ethos and communicate clearly with customers and crew
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- Jet PIC: 1,000 hours
- At least 1,000 hours as Captain on Japanese airline jet aircraft
- License required: ATPL (JCAB)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Languages: English and Japanese
- Additional requirement: Possession of an aviation radio operator license
- Type rating: Not required — B787 training provided
Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must hold existing right to work as applicable.
