Lead long-haul, multi-crew operations on the Boeing 777 while shaping a safety-first, customer-focused culture. This permanent, direct-entry captain role offers a monthly minimum guarantee of 72 hours and reports directly to the Chief Pilot.
✈️ About the role
The ideal candidate is type-rated on multi-engine aircraft, with preference for those rated on the B-757/767 or B-777. You bring a comprehensive understanding of all applicable FARs, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams and with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command Boeing 777 operations in full compliance with company SOPs and FARs.
- Lead a multi-crew flight deck; model exemplary CRM, decision-making, and mentorship.
- Plan and execute domestic and international sectors, including performance, fuel, weather, and operational risk management.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, cabin crew, and ATC; communicate clearly with customers.
- Uphold the company’s values and safety culture while adapting to changing operational demands.
- Bid your schedule by seniority across day, swing, or midnight shifts, including holidays.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 7,000 hours (only time in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft is counted)
- PIC time: 2,000 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine, commercial aircraft
- Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
- Turbine: 2,000 hours
- Multi-pilot: 2,000 hours
- Part 121 operations: At least 1,000 hours
- Wide-body PIC experience: Required; preference for B-767 or B-777
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Valid First-Class Medical
- Type rating: Not required; B-777 training provided for selected candidates

- Permit: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Driver’s license: Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Passport: Valid passport allowing worldwide travel
- Work style: Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Scheduling: Seniority-based bidding; days, swings, or midnight shifts, including holidays
- Travel: Required
- Regulatory: Must meet FAA §121.436 requirements; strong knowledge of applicable FARs
- Screening: Pass pre-employment DOT drug and alcohol test and CHRC
