🧭 About the role

As a Boeing 757 First Officer, you’ll operate in a multi-crew, global environment, executing procedures with discipline and exercising strong Crew Resource Management. You’ll partner closely with the Captain and dispatch to plan, brief, and fly safe, compliant, and efficient missions across diverse operating conditions.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Execute all phases of flight on the Boeing 757 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Captain and flight control teams on flight planning, performance, weather, fuel, and alternates.
  • Apply strong CRM and threat/error management to maintain a high safety margin.
  • Complete thorough preflight inspections, systems monitoring, and checklist discipline.
  • Maintain currency, training qualifications, and compliance with security protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with crew members, operations, and ground personnel.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Certificate: Unrestricted FAA ATP with multiengine rating
  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Flight time pathway: Either 1,500 hours total including 500 multi-engine hours, or 1,500 hours total as a military pilot (with unrestricted FAA ATP multiengine)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Screening: Successful completion of a DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Security: Ability to qualify for and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
  • Travel: Valid passport allowing travel throughout the world
  • Physical/Other: Ability to clearly communicate with co-workers; stand, bend, and reach; sit for extended periods; and comply with ATI attendance requirements

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Boeing 757/767 experience
  • 100 hours of flight time within the last 12 months

🛫 Training and progression

  • Type rating not required — comprehensive Boeing 757 training provided
  • Ongoing recurrent training and checking to maintain currency and proficiency
