Step into the right seat of the Boeing 757 with a safety-first, professionally run operation. This is a permanent position for FAA ATP-qualified pilots, offering type rating training, international exposure, and the chance to grow your jet career while operating in all weather and across varied schedules.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as First Officer on the Boeing 757, ensuring safe, compliant operations under company SOPs, FARs, and the Flight Operations Manual.
- Partner with the Captain, Dispatch, and Maintenance using strong CRM to plan and execute each flight.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and all required briefings.
- Operate effectively in all weather and operational environments, including day/night, weekends, and holidays.
- Use the Electronic Flight Bag and avionics to maintain situational awareness and regulatory compliance.
- Champion a proactive safety culture by participating in the Safety Management System (SMS) and reporting programs.
- Maintain currency, complete training events, and uphold professional standards at all times.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Meet the applicable ATP minimums specified in 14 CFR Part 61 for an ATP.
- Minimum total time: 1,500 hours.
- Current FAA ATP and First Class Medical.
- No record of any FAA “Certificate Action” or “Administrative Action” within the prior 24 months.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel in and out of the United States and to international locations.
- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in all types of weather, including extreme temperatures.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
- Type rating not required — training provided for successful candidates.
🌟 Preferred profile
- Experience as a First Officer with at least 1,000 hours under FAA Part 121.
- Time on transport-category jets such as the B737, A320, or larger.
- Background in charter or supplemental operations.
- Demonstrated excellence in CRM, decision-making, and communication in multi-crew operations.
📚 Training and progression
- Company-provided Boeing 757 type rating and aircraft-specific training.
- Initial Operating Experience (IOE) and recurrent training to maintain proficiency and compliance.
- Clear performance standards and support to grow your career as a professional airline pilot.
