Under the guidance of the Captain and First Officer, you will uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism and mindful conduct while contributing to a calm, efficient cockpit and an exceptional operation.
🧭 Your mission
As a flight crew member on the Boeing 747, your primary responsibility is to support the safe and efficient operation of flights under the Captain’s and First Officer’s guidance. You will deliver calm, consistent cockpit support, precise procedural compliance and sharp situational awareness—strengthening the company’s reputation through careful, professional and mindful behaviour at all times.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Provide cruise relief on the flight deck in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Monitor flight progress, systems, fuel, navigation and weather; manage FMS inputs and cross-check data for accuracy.
- Execute normal and non-normal checklists; contribute to robust Threat & Error Management and effective CRM.
- Maintain clear, concise ATC and intra-crew communications to support safe, predictable operations.
- Assist with flight preparation, performance calculations and documentation as assigned by the flight deck leadership.
- Champion a just culture by proactively identifying hazards and submitting safety reports where appropriate.
- Represent the company with professionalism and discretion on every sector.
🌟 What you’ll bring
- EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC and ME.
- EASA Class 1 medical.
- ICAO English Level 5 proficiency.
- Valid passport suitable for international travel.
- Disciplined SOP adherence, solid airmanship and strong situational awareness.
- Excellent CRM, communication and decision-making skills within a multi-crew environment.
- Calm, composed demeanour with a proactive approach to safety and service.
🎓 Training and development
Non type-rated candidates are welcome. Comprehensive training is provided, including type-specific ground school, simulator phases and line training, along with company SOP, CRM and safety modules. Ongoing professional development continues through recurrent training, checks and briefings to keep you current and confident on type.
