Neos is seeking skilled copilots to support our growing business and expanding flight network. If you’re eager to fly the Boeing 737 and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused operation, we’d love to hear from you.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 800 hours
- Type rating: Required on Boeing 737-300/-900
- Licenses: EASA CPL + IR + ME
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🧰 Additional Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Italian language: Minimum Level 6
- Background: No criminal record
- Travel eligibility: Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Neos S.p.A.
- Work authorization: Must be able to work without visa sponsorship
- Accepted licenses: EASA
