You’ll operate multi-sector schedules with a safety-first mindset, supporting the Captain across all phases of flight. Please note: roster coverage includes weekends and holidays.

🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the ATR 72 in accordance with CAAI regulations, company SOPs, and IFR procedures.
  • Support the Captain through flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and weight & balance.
  • Manage aircraft automation and FMS with precision; brief and fly RNAV/precision approaches.
  • Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and threat & error management.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, operations, and the flight crew in English and Hebrew.
  • Maintain currency, complete recurrent training and checks, and ensure accurate technical and operational documentation.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and represent the airline professionally on every sector.

  • Licences: CPL with IR and ME
  • Open to Licence Holders: CAAI
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: English and Hebrew
  • Type Rating: Not required — full ATR 72 training provided
  • Availability: Weekends and holidays
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to work)

We’ll take you from turboprop-ready to ATR 72-qualified with a structured pathway: ground school and systems, simulator sessions, and supervised line flying. You’ll receive mentorship from training captains, SOP standardisation, and recurrent training focused on CRM, TEM, and precision approach excellence—setting you up for long-term progression.
