🧰 What You Will Do

  • Operate the ATR‑72 alongside the Captain, executing all phases of flight to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
  • Apply disciplined CRM, checklist usage, and threat/error management on every sector.
  • Manage navigation, communication, and monitoring duties to maintain situational awareness.
  • Keep meticulous records and maintain currency, proficiency, and compliance.
  • Support on-time performance and safety culture across varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Minimum 300 hours total flight time.
  • Valid CPL with IR and ME.
  • Accepted license authority: CAAI.
  • Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Language proficiency in English and Hebrew.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as rostered.
  • Ability to live and work without visa sponsorship.
  • No ATR‑72 type rating required — training provided upon selection.

📚 Training & Progression

Successful candidates will complete company-provided ATR‑72 differences/type training and operational line training, building strong foundations in systems, performance, and SOPs. Ongoing recurrent training supports your continuous development on type.

🗓️ Roster & Commitment

This is a permanent flight deck position with operational needs that include weekends and holidays. Flexibility and reliability are essential to meet schedule and safety objectives.
