🧭 The Role
As Captain, you will command ATR 72 operations with precision and professionalism, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger comfort. Leveraging your TRE authorization, you will also contribute to flight crew training, checking, and continuous improvement across the operation.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,500 hours
- PIC in type: 1,000 hours (ATR 72)
- Type rating: Required (ATR 72)
- License required: ATPL and TRE
- Accepted licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Flight time notes: At least 1,500 hours as PIC on aircraft with an MTOW of 5.7 tons or more
- Additional requirements: Availability on weekends and holidays

- Command ATR 72 flights, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
- Uphold SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies at all times.
- As an ICAO TRE, conduct training and checking activities to maintain operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop First Officers, fostering a just culture and strong crew resource management.
- Collaborate with OCC, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize performance and passenger experience.
- Represent the flight deck with professionalism and customer-focused service.
