ATR 42 Captain (Type-Rated) – Permanent Role with Visa Sponsorship

🧭 The Opportunity

As ATR 42 Captain, you will be the operational leader on the flight deck, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and on-time performance. You will model exemplary airmanship, mentor crew, and execute procedures aligned with company SOPs and our Operations Manual Suite.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on ATR 42 operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather, performance, fuel, and MEL assessments.
• Lead the flight crew with strong CRM, briefings, and clear decision-making.
• Apply Threat and Error Management, monitor flight progress, and manage abnormal/emergency procedures per SOP.
• Uphold company standards, security protocols, and cabin/flight deck coordination.
• Complete accurate operational documentation and contribute to a proactive safety reporting culture.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

• Current ATR 42 type rating (required).
• At least 1 year of employment as flight crew.
• Unrestricted ATPL accepted from CASA, EASA, FAA, or ICAO.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Ability to hold an ASIC and provide a current Police Check.
• A relevant degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Access to a computer/device capable of viewing the company’s Operations Manual Suite (PDF format).
