Experienced First Officer — Airbus A320 Family

🧭 Your mission

• Operate the A320 family to the highest safety and regulatory standards under company SOPs.
• Support the Captain across all phases of flight, applying robust CRM and threat-and-error management.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
• Communicate clearly with ATC and crew; maintain professional cockpit discipline.
• Champion a just culture, continuous improvement, and an excellent passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 2000 hours
• In type (A320 family): 1500 hours
• Type rating: Required (A320)
• Currency: Last flight on A320 must be within 6 months during the licensing period
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: CAAV, ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4

📜 Additional documentation

• Authentication letter: From the Civil Aviation Authority of your CPL/ATPL country of issue, including the CAA Licensing Officer’s name and email
• Recommendation / Release letter: From your previous airline(s)
• Criminal record: Issued within the last 6 months and notarized by the Vietnam embassy in your country of origin
• Safety record: No accident/incident history within the past 5 years
