🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer on our A320 family fleet, you will help deliver safe, efficient and memorable journeys while supporting the airline’s growth into new markets and, in time, wide‑body operations.

  • Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Captain and crew to ensure safety, punctuality and exceptional passenger experience.
  • Apply sound decision-making and threat & error management in dynamic environments.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that embraces continuous improvement and training excellence.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 1500 hours
  • In Type (A320 family): 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Required — A320 family
  • License Required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted Licenses: CAAV, ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Employment: Permanent
  • Type-Rated: Yes
