Airbus A320 Family First Officer (Type-Rated)

🧭 Your mission

As a trusted member of the A320 flight crew, you will:

• Operate the Airbus A320 family under the command of the Captain, upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems set-up in accordance with SOPs.
• Demonstrate exemplary Crew Resource Management and clear, concise communication throughout all phases of flight.
• Monitor flight progress, manage abnormal procedures per checklists, and support timely, data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records and personal currency in line with regulatory and company requirements.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1500 hours
• In type (A320 family): 500 hours
• Type rating: Required — Airbus A320 Family
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: CAAV, EASA, FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4

• High school diploma or higher.
• All licenses and certifications valid at the time of joining the airline.
