🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Airbus A320 family as Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring in strict adherence to SOPs, checklists, and company policies.
- Lead thorough preflight preparation, including performance, fuel planning, mass and balance, and FMS setup with robust cross-check discipline.
- Apply strong CRM and Threat & Error Management to maintain a safe, calm, and communicative cockpit environment.
- Continuously monitor weather, NOTAMs, and operational factors, supporting the Captain in timely, informed decision-making.
- Uphold the highest safety standards and contribute to a positive safety culture through reporting, debriefs, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain recency and standards, keeping your proficiency check current and participating in required training.

- Licensing: Current EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
- A320 Experience: 200+ hours on the Airbus A320 family.
- Type Rating: Current A320 type rating with a valid proficiency check.
- Medical: Class 1.
