🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations on the A320 family, role-modeling airmanship, decision-making, and crew resource management while delivering a great passenger experience.

• Operate as PIC on A320 family aircraft in full compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through robust TEM, briefings, and debriefs.
• Mentor and support flight deck and cabin crew to uphold professional standards.
• Maintain currency, technical knowledge, and aircraft systems proficiency.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 3,500+ hours
• PIC in Type: 500+ hours on Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: A320 — Required (current and valid)
• License Required: ATPL
• Accepted Licenses: CAAV, EASA, FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Education: High school diploma or higher
• Validity: All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of joining
