🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will assume overall responsibility for flight safety and operational performance on the Airbus A320 family. You will lead a multi-crew environment, maintain strict adherence to SOPs, exercise sound judgment, and deliver an excellent passenger experience while protecting punctuality and efficiency.

  • Command A320 family operations in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Champion safety, threat and error management, and effective CRM.
  • Mentor and develop First Officers; foster a collaborative cockpit culture.
  • Oversee flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with OCC, engineering, and cabin crew to ensure on-time performance and service quality.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • In type (A320 family): 500 hours
  • Transport aircraft time: Minimum 2,000 hours
  • Type rating: Required on A320 family with a valid Proficiency Check for Commander role
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 (minimum)
  • Background: Clear criminal record

Only pilots meeting all minimums can be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available.
