🧭 Role Snapshot
As Captain on the A320 family, you will lead safe, efficient operations across a variety of routes, uphold the highest standards of airmanship, and foster a culture of teamwork on the flight deck and beyond. You will be entrusted with operational decision-making, mentorship, and the consistent delivery of an outstanding passenger experience.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- In Type (A320 family): 500 hours
- Type Rating: Required (A320)
- Flight Time Notes: Valid Proficiency Check for Commander role; minimum 2,000 hours on transport aircraft
- License Required: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Additional Requirement: Clear criminal record
