Lead safe, on-time operations on the Airbus A320 family as a Direct Entry Captain. If you’re a seasoned commander with a current type rating and a passion for precision, mentorship, and exemplary airmanship, we’d like to meet you.
🧭 The Opportunity
As a Captain on the A320, you’ll command every phase of flight, champion safety and crew coordination, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. You’ll bring confident decision-making, calm leadership, and disciplined adherence to SOPs to every sector.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- Time in Type: 1,500 hours on A320 family
- PIC in Type: 1,000 hours
- Type Rating: Current and valid A320 type rating
- License: Unrestricted ATPL issued by an ICAO state
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Record: No accident/incident certificate required
- Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Entry
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead the flight deck with a safety-first mindset and exemplary CRM.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Make sound operational decisions in dynamic and time-critical environments.
- Mentor First Officers and contribute to a just culture and continuous improvement.
- Drive rigorous preflight planning, performance and fuel management, and threat/error management.
- Communicate precisely with ATC, dispatch, and ground operations.
