Vietravel Airlines is seeking an experienced Airbus A320 Captain to command safe, efficient, and on-time operations across our A320 family. If you are a decisive, conscientious leader with outstanding communication and situational awareness, we want to hear from you.

🧭 Key responsibilities

  • Command A320 family flights in accordance with CAAV regulations, company SOPs, and the highest safety standards.
  • Exercise sound judgment and quick, transparent decision-making in all phases of flight and during irregular operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering strong CRM and open communication.
  • Maintain exceptional situational awareness, threat and error management, and disciplined adherence to checklists.
  • Ensure efficient flight planning, fuel management, and on-time performance.
  • Represent Vietravel Airlines with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total jet time: Minimum 3000 hours (commercial airline and/or multi-crew operations preferred).
  • PIC in type: Minimum 1000 hours on A320 family (A320F).
  • Alternative PIC pathway: Minimum 1500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW greater than 50,000 kg; candidates on this pathway are expected to complete the A320F type rating course before operating at Vietravel Airlines.
  • Type rating: A320 type rating required.
  • License: Valid ATPL (CAAV).
  • Medical: Current Class 1.
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Language: Fluency in Vietnamese.
