🧭 The mission

As A320 Captain, you will exercise overall command of the aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance across all phases of flight.

  • Lead the flight deck with clear, decisive command and exemplary CRM.
  • Execute departures, enroute operations, and arrivals in strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Make timely, risk-aware decisions using Threat and Error Management principles.
  • Foster a collaborative cockpit culture, mentoring FOs and cabin crew.
  • Maintain meticulous flight documentation and operational reporting.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 5,000 block hours minimum
  • PIC in type: 2,000 hours on Airbus A320 family
  • Type rating: Current and valid A320
  • License: Valid ATPL
  • Accepted license authority: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1 (current)
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Note: Minimum experience of 5,000 block hours total time is required.
