Take command on the A320 and lead safe, efficient, and on-time operations on a permanent contract. If you are a disciplined aviator with proven multi-crew leadership and strong decision-making skills, we want to hear from you.
🧭 Your mission
- Exercise overall responsibility for flight safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance from briefing to block-in.
- Lead a multi-crew cockpit, applying robust CRM and TEM principles while mentoring and supporting the flight deck and cabin teams.
- Execute SOPs with precision, ensuring high-quality flight planning, fuel management, and operational decision-making.
- Uphold a just culture, actively reporting hazards and championing continuous improvement.
- Deliver a professional, passenger-focused operation that reflects the highest standards of a modern A320 flight deck.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 4,000 hours minimum
- PIC time: 1,500 hours minimum
- PIC (multi-crew): 1,500 hours minimum
- Time on type (A320): 1,500 hours minimum
- PIC on type (A320): 500 hours minimum
- Type rating: Required (current A320)
- Currency: Last flight on A320 within 12 months during the licensing period
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: CAAV
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Safety record: No accident/incident history within the last 5 years
📑 Additional documentation
- License authentication: Letter of authentication from the Civil Aviation Authority of the CPL/ATPL country of issue, including the CAA Licensing Officer’s name and email address
- References: Recommendation letter and/or Release letter from previous airline(s)
- Criminal record: Certificate issued within the last 6 months, notarized by a Vietnam embassy in the country of origin
