🧭 About the opportunity

We are seeking experienced, type-rated Captains to lead safe, efficient A320 family operations as we scale. You will play a pivotal role in our growth and in preparing the operation for the launch of wide-body services, maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.

🧰 What you will do

• Operate A320 family aircraft as Pilot-in-Command across regional and medium-haul routes.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the flight deck, mentor First Officers, and champion effective crew resource management.
• Coordinate with Operations Control, Engineering, and Cabin Crew to deliver a reliable, on-time operation.
• Represent Sun PhuQuoc Airways with professionalism, ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 3,500 hours
• PIC in type: 500 hours on A320 family
• Type rating: A320 family (current and valid)
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: CAAV or ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
