With a modern fleet of two A330neo and two A320neo aircraft, we’re expanding our horizons with the new Nouméa–Paris service via Bangkok and are recruiting five Type-Rated A320 First Officers for our Nouméa base.

🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate A320neo family aircraft in accordance with Aircalin SOPs and applicable EASA/French regulations.
- Execute thorough pre‑flight planning: performance, fuel, NOTAMs, weather, and alternates.
- Apply robust CRM and TEM principles to ensure safe, efficient decision‑making at all times.
- Manage FMS and navigation systems to deliver precise, fuel‑efficient operations.
- Uphold Aircalin’s safety culture through proactive reporting within our SMS.
- Represent Aircalin’s service values with professionalism on the flight deck and with customers and partners.
🌟 What you bring (minimum requirements)
- Current and valid A320 Type Rating (Type‑Rated, required).
- EASA Frozen ATPL (A) with valid IR and ME.
- Class 1 Medical.
- Language: Fluent French and English at minimum ICAO ELP Level 4.
- Experience (one of the following):
- At least 500 hours on a multi‑pilot aircraft with MTOW > 10T, or
- 1,500 total hours plus 3 years as Captain on a multi‑pilot aircraft with MTOW < 10T.
- Registered in the French Flight Crew Register Registre A.
- Clean record.
- Accepted licenses: EASA.
Desirable: South Pacific or island operations experience, ETOPS exposure, and Airbus FMS proficiency.
