As a trusted A320 First Officer, you will support the Captain in all phases of flight, uphold the highest safety standards, and exercise sound judgment under pressure. You will apply strong situational awareness, clear communication, and disciplined procedures to ensure on-time, efficient, and passenger-centric operations.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- In type: 300 hours (see nationality-based minima below)
- Flight time notes: Minimum 300 hours on A320F aircraft for Vietnamese pilots and minimum 1500 hours on A320F aircraft for foreign pilots. A320F = A320 Family
- Type rating: Required on A320
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted licenses: CAAV, ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
