🧭 Your mission

  • Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient A320 operations from pushback to shutdown.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and briefings.
  • Operate the aircraft in strict accordance with SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
  • Employ strong CRM to communicate clearly and manage workload in all phases of flight.
  • Monitor weather, fuel, and aircraft systems; anticipate changes and recommend sound operational decisions.
  • Champion a just culture by participating in safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain currency, training, and professional standards expected of a flight deck officer.

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • In type (A320): 500 hours
  • Type rating: A320 — required
  • License: ATPL (CAAV, EASA, or FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Education: High school diploma or higher
  • Validity: All licenses and certifications current at time of joining
  • Work authorization: Able to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship
