🧰 What you’ll do
- Execute safe, efficient A320 operations across all phases of flight, managing aircraft systems with precision and discipline.
- Apply company policies, procedures, and manuals in line with approved standards, regulations, and SOPs.
- Maintain composure and situational awareness, handling abnormal and emergency scenarios with focus and professionalism.
- Support QA/Safety/Security/Audit activities that affect Flight Operations, reinforcing a proactive safety culture.
- Monitor performance metrics, stay cost-aware, and make timely, well-judged decisions to protect safety, punctuality, and efficiency.
- Analyse operational data, identify irregularities, and recommend solutions that drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain, Cabin Crew, and Operations to meet business objectives and deliver against set KPIs.

- Proficiency with aircraft systems and strong command of Microsoft Office, internet and web search tools.
- Acceptable industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
- Exposure to Flight Operations-related QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices.
- Ability to thrive amid change, heavy workloads, and ad-hoc scenarios without compromising safety or standards.
- Composed, self-confident, and focused demeanour; effective in managing threats and emergencies.
- Proven analytical ability to interpret data, spot irregularities, and propose practical fixes.
- Cost-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of flight preparation and execution.
- Blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills that support company objectives and a collaborative cockpit.
- Demonstrated capability to contribute to business strategy and meet established KPIs.
✅ Minimum requirements
- A320 Family hours on type: 500+ hours
- Type rating: Required (A320 Family)
- Licence: ICAO Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Preferred: Prior experience in a low-cost carrier environment
