🧰 What you’ll do

• Execute safe, efficient A320 operations across all phases of flight, managing aircraft systems with precision and discipline.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and manuals in line with approved standards, regulations, and SOPs.
• Maintain composure and situational awareness, handling abnormal and emergency scenarios with focus and professionalism.
• Support QA/Safety/Security/Audit activities that affect Flight Operations, reinforcing a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor performance metrics, stay cost-aware, and make timely, well-judged decisions to protect safety, punctuality, and efficiency.
• Analyse operational data, identify irregularities, and recommend solutions that drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain, Cabin Crew, and Operations to meet business objectives and deliver against set KPIs.

• Acceptable industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• Exposure to Flight Operations-related QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices.

• Licence: ICAO Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Preferred: Prior experience in a low-cost carrier environment
