Step into a permanent command role on the Airbus A320 family. We’re seeking a type-rated Captain who brings sound judgement, precise airmanship, and a collaborative spirit to every sector. Visa sponsorship is provided for eligible candidates.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- License: ATPL (accepted authorities: CAAV, EASA, FAA)
- Type rating: Airbus A320 family — current and type-rated
- Total time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC in type: PIC 500+ hours on A320
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Validity: All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of joining

- Command Airbus A320 operations in full compliance with regulations and company SOPs.
- Lead and mentor flight deck and cabin crew, demonstrating exemplary CRM and decision-making.
- Ensure safe, efficient flight planning, fuel management, and on-time performance.
- Maintain rigorous safety standards through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.
- Represent the airline with professionalism and customer-focused leadership.
