🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 3,000 hours minimum
Current role: Actively flying as an A320 First Officer
Type rating: Valid A320 family type rating (current)
Licences: CPL + IR + ME (UAEAC accepted)
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

🛡️ Compliance & safety

Background check: Certificate required
Safety record: No accidents or incidents attributable to pilot factor
Documentation: Valid passport, licences, medical, and logbook summary

All upgrades are contingent on successful assessments, recurrent training, and operational needs.
