✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient and courteous operations across Europe and beyond, delivering a seamless, discreet service to our business aviation clientele. You’ll partner closely with your crew, operations and maintenance to ensure punctual, compliant flights and an exceptional passenger experience.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Command Phenom 300 flights in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
• Lead pre‑flight planning, performance and weight & balance, crew briefings and decisive in‑flight leadership.
• Deliver an exemplary customer service experience, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Support operational efficiency with accurate documentation, reports and administrative follow‑up.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance and ground partners to safeguard on‑time, compliant operations.
• Champion a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 2,000 hours
• PIC Time: 1,000 hours
• Time on Type: 500 hours on Phenom 300
• Type Rating: Phenom 300 — current and valid
• License: EASA ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• Languages: Fluent German and English; ICAO ELP Level 4 minimum
• Business Aviation: Solid understanding of business aviation operations
• Customer Service: Excellent, client‑centric approach
• Administration: Proven administrative skills supporting operational efficiency
• Travel: Valid passport and ability to meet travel requirements
• Relocation: Willing to relocate to the Zürich region
• License Holders: Open to EASA license holders

• TRI authorization on Phenom 300 (advantage)
