🧭 The role at a glance

  • Operate as FO on multi‑crew transport aircraft, executing all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion a just‑culture safety environment through disciplined CRM, threat and error management, and precise checklist execution.
  • Adapt quickly to fleet and route variations while maintaining exacting standards of airmanship and situational awareness.
  • Support schedule integrity, on‑time performance, and an exceptional passenger and operational experience.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 1500 hours
  • Time on type: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Required (current and valid)
  • License: ATPL
  • Open to license holders: CAA (TW), ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 (or higher)
  • Education: High school graduate (or above)
  • Documentation: Employment Certificate; No Criminal Records
