If you’ve logged time in the left seat of a Turbo Otter on floats, know northern lakes like old friends, and love the turbine’s whine as much as sunrise on flat water, this could be the season you’ve been waiting for. One of our seasoned lodge pilots has hung up the headset after nearly two decades, and we’re looking for the next aviator to carry the torch—safely transporting guests to and from an exclusive wilderness lodge in northern Saskatchewan. All meals and accommodations are included, with transportation provided from our Flin Flon base.

🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate the DHC-3 Turbo Otter on floats to transport guests and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Conduct meticulous preflight planning, weather briefings, weight-and-balance, and fuel management for remote operations.
- Execute dockside/shoreline operations, water taxiing, and short/remote lake departures and arrivals with precision.
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service—being the face of the lodge from first welcome to final farewell.
- Coordinate closely with lodge and dock teams to optimize schedules, turnarounds, and guest experience.
- Maintain aircraft cleanliness, care for equipment, and complete required documentation and journey logs.
- Champion safety, including egress readiness and adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards.

📜 Minimum Qualifications
- Valid TCCA CPL (A) with Float/Seaplane Rating.
- 300 hours on Turbo Otter (DHC-3) on floats.
- 500 hours on Beaver (DHC-2) on floats.
- Current Egress training.
- Class 2 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (visa sponsorship not available).
🎓 Training & Support
Type rating not required—company training provided to standard on the DHC-3 Turbo Otter and lodge-specific SOPs. You’ll join a tight-knit, professional team that values safety, service, and smooth operations.
