🧭 Your mission

Serve as Captain, delivering safe, efficient, and compliant operations on domestic and international missions.
Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance, weight and balance, weather/NOTAM review, fuel strategy, and alternates.
Uphold SOPs, regulatory standards, and best practices while modeling exceptional crew resource management.
Deliver white-glove, customer-centric service and communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with dispatch/scheduling and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
Mentor crewmembers, foster a strong safety culture, and support continuous improvement.
Adapt to an on-demand schedule with changing trip profiles and short-notice departures.

Jet time: 1500 hours
License: ATP (FAA)
Medical: First Class
Valid passport and driver’s license
Ability to pass TSA background check; subject to random alcohol and drug testing
Ability to adapt to a flexible, on-demand schedule; proximity to base or willingness to relocate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation

NTR-friendly role with company-provided type training to standard.
Recurrent training and checking to maintain currency, proficiency, and safety.
Operate across a multi-fleet environment with opportunities to expand platform expertise.

🧭 Preferred experience

Prior corporate or charter experience
International operations experience
Time on Gulfstream G450 and/or Challenger 604
