VistaJet is recruiting motivated pilots to join our Second Officer Program across the European Union. This entry-level flight deck role places you in the right seat as a Cruise Relief Pilot on our Bombardier Global 6000 and Global 7500 fleet, accelerating your journey toward First Officer with world-class training and truly global exposure.

🧭 About the role

As a Second Officer, you will act as Cruise Relief Pilot on ultra-long-range operations, supporting the Captain and First Officer to deliver safe, efficient, and polished flights for our global clientele. You will gain hands-on experience across performance planning, oceanic procedures, and high-level CRM—while building the hours and competencies required to progress to First Officer.

🧰 Your mission

  • Serve as Cruise Relief Pilot on Global 6000/7500 sectors under the supervision of the flight deck.
  • Support flight planning, performance calculations, and EFB workflows in accordance with SOPs.
  • Execute FMS setup, fuel monitoring, and compliance with RVSM, PBN, and oceanic procedures.
  • Conduct systems monitoring, checklist discipline, and threat/error management throughout all phases of flight.
  • Maintain exemplary safety, CRM, and customer service standards representative of the VistaJet brand.
  • Participate in recurrent training, simulators, and line checks to meet upgrade milestones.

📋 Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
  • Valid EASA Part-FCL frozen ATPL (fATPL) or ATPL (A).
  • Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME-IR) (A) or relevant type/class rating.
  • PBN endorsement.
  • Advanced UPRT completed, or a multi-pilot type rating held.
  • MCC completed, or a multi-pilot type rating held.
  • Valid EASA Part-FCL Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Clean criminal background check and negative drug test.
  • Professionalism, a can-do attitude, and a strong team mindset.
  • Readiness to progress toward 2,000 TT and ~500 hrs on type for First Officer upgrade.
