As a Harbour Air Captain, you’ll be trusted to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment while delivering an elevated guest experience that keeps our communities connected.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Operate the DHC‑3T Otter on floats for scheduled and charter flights across the Southern BC coast.
• Perform safe dock/wharf operations, including water taxiing, docking, mooring, and passenger loading.
• Assess weather, tides, and water conditions to ensure safe, efficient decision-making.
• Uphold SOPs and safety standards while representing Harbour Air with professionalism.
• Deliver personable, memorable service and clear communication to every guest.
• Collaborate with dispatch, ground, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.

🧾 Minimum requirements

• Licence: CPL with Float Rating (TCCA)
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required (NTR) — training provided
• Preferred Experience: DHC‑3T time and coastal/float operations experience
• Open to Licence Holders: TCCA only
• Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
