🧭 Role overview

In this seat, you’ll support the Captain in all phases of flight, apply robust CRM practices, and execute procedures with precision. You’ll prepare flight documentation, conduct thorough briefings, monitor aircraft performance and systems, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct preflight planning, aircraft inspections, and performance calculations.
  • Manage navigation, communication, and systems monitoring under IFR.
  • Apply UPRT principles and maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Contribute to efficient, on-time operations and exceptional operational discipline.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Type Rating: Saab 340 (current and valid)
  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • License Holders: EASA only
  • Passport: EU passport
  • Background Check: Valid Criminal Record (valid for 5 years, as per Latvian law “On Aviation”)
