Regional Express Holdings Limited (Administrators Appointed) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified pilots to join as First Officers on the Saab 340 across the regional network. If you are ready to progress your regional airline career, we would like to hear from you.
🧭 The Opportunity
As a Saab 340 First Officer, you will operate in a multi‑crew, IFR environment serving regional communities, building solid turboprop experience while upholding the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and customer service.
- Conduct safe and efficient Saab 340 operations under IFR within a multi‑crew environment.
- Maintain currency and compliance, including a current IPC.
- Participate in company training and checking to required standards.
- Collaborate with Captains, cabin crew, and engineering to deliver reliable regional services.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 500 hours (minimum)
- License: CPL with IR and ME (CASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Instrument proficiency: Current IPC
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Open to licence holders: CASA
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
🌟 Preferred Experience
- 850+ total flight hours.
- A significant portion of time on multi‑engine or turbine aircraft of 3,000 kg+ on cross‑country operations under IFR.
- All ATPL theory subjects completed.
📚 Training
Non‑type rated pilots are welcome. Structured Saab 340 training will be provided to meet company and regulatory standards.
