🧭 Your Mission

As a Saab 340 Captain, you will set the standard for airmanship, crew leadership, and passenger care while ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

  • Command two‑crew regional operations under EASA regulations.
  • Champion a just culture, safety management practices, and robust decision‑making.
  • Execute all phases of flight, from thorough preflight planning to precise line operations.
  • Mentor and collaborate with the First Officer, cabin crew, and ground teams for on‑time, efficient performance.
  • Maintain aircraft technical awareness and complete accurate documentation and reports.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 1500 block hours (minimum)
  • In type (Saab 340): 500 block hours (minimum)
  • Type rating: Saab 340 – current
  • License: ATPLEASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4+

🌟 Eligibility & Documentation

  • Passport: EU passport
  • Criminal Record: Valid Criminal Record certificate (valid for 5 years, per Latvian law “On Aviation”)
  • Resume: Current CV including a 5‑year employment history for background checks
