  • Operation: Part 91 and Part 135
  • Annual Flying: ~300 hrs Part 91 + ~150 hrs Part 135
  • Team Structure: 4-pilot account with Cabin Attendant

🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will set the tone for safety, professionalism, and service. You’ll lead flight operations, ensure uncompromising compliance with Part 91/135 standards, and deliver a refined client experience on every leg.

  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights in the Embraer Praetor 600 (EMB‑550).
  • Provide decisive PIC leadership, mentoring, and CRM within a 4-pilot team.
  • Uphold rigorous SMS and SOP adherence; maintain training and currency.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin crew for flawless trips.
  • Represent EJM with discretion, polish, and owner-focused service.

  • Aircraft: Embraer Praetor 600 (EMB‑550)
  • Base: Wilmington, DE (KILG)
  • Schedule Profile: Mixed Part 91/135 flying
  • Cabin Experience: Dedicated Cabin Attendant on board

🧩 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
  • Jet: 500 hours
  • Instrument: 300 hours
  • Experience: 4–6 years
  • Type Rating: Current EMB‑550 type rating required
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class

🎯 Preferred Experience

  • Prior corporate/business aviation experience with a strong customer-service ethos.
  • Proven record of Part 91/135 compliance, SMS participation, and SOP discipline.

📍 Location & Relocation

  • Home Base: Wilmington, Delaware (KILG)
  • Residence: Must live or relocate within a two-hour radius of ILG
