🧭 The Opportunity
As a PC-24 Captain, you will command a capable, go-anywhere light jet and uphold a safety-first culture on every sector. You’ll execute flight operations to exacting standards, apply deep knowledge of Canadian regulations, and deliver a polished customer experience across diverse missions—including charter, corporate, and, where applicable, air ambulance support.
🧰 What You Will Do
- Plan, brief, and conduct IFR/VFR operations in accordance with company SOPs and TCCA regulations.
- Perform flight risk assessments, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Exercise PIC authority with sound operational judgment, exemplary CRM, and proactive decision-making.
- Maintain airworthiness compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting within the company SMS.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and—where applicable—medical teams to ensure mission readiness and on-time performance.
- Support training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate safety and service.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- In Type (PC-24): 100 hours
- Type Rating: Required (PC-24)
- License: ATPL — TCCA accepted
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations
- Travel: Valid passport and able to travel abroad unrestricted
- Driver’s License: Valid
🛡️ Clearances & Credentials
- Airside Access: Able to obtain Driving Airside License (D/A)
- Security: Able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Background Checks: Clear current Criminal Record, Child Abuse Registry, and Vulnerable Sector checks
💡 Preferred Experience
- Asset: MEDEVAC / Air Ambulance operations
- Demonstrated leadership as PIC in complex, multi-sector operations
- Strong customer service mindset and polished communication
- Proficiency with modern FMS, avionics, and EFB workflows
