Step into the left seat of the ATR 72 and lead safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, leadership, and compliance.
🧭 Your mission
- Command ATR 72 flights with unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and on‑time performance.
- Lead the flight deck, championing CRM, mentoring crew members, and fostering an open, professional culture.
- Execute thorough pre‑flight planning, including weather, performance, fuel, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
- Operate in strict adherence to company SOPs, aircraft limitations, and national/international regulations.
- Communicate clearly with ATC and ground teams in English and Russian to ensure safe, coordinated operations.
- Complete post‑flight documentation and safety/quality reports as required.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Hours on type: Minimum 1,500 hours on ATR 72.
- Type rating: Current ATR 72 type rating required.
- License: ATPL (ICAO accepted).
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language proficiency: ELP Level 4 (ICAO) or higher; operational English and Russian for crew duties.
- Currency requirement: Break in flight activity as ATR 72 Captain must not exceed 9 months at time of application.

- Education: Higher aviation education as a civil or military aviation pilot.
- Military ID (UZB): Military ID card of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a mark of fitness for military service.
- Background checks: Certificate of no criminal record.
- Compliance certificate: Certificate of non‑existence of events (as required by local authority).
