🧭 The Mission

As the PC-12 First Officer, you’ll assist the Captain and act as Second-in-Command, ensuring safe, efficient flight operations while delivering an excellent client experience. You’ll help plan and execute flights, adapt to changing schedules and weather, and uphold our high standards for professionalism and compliance.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain from preflight to postflight, including flight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance.
  • Analyze aviation weather and NOTAMs; brief and execute contingency plans when conditions change.
  • Operate confidently in IFR and VFR environments, managing radios and ATC communications.
  • Assist with international customs and immigration documentation and procedures.
  • Employ sound risk management, checklists, and SOPs to the highest standard.
  • Leverage advanced avionics and TAA systems for precision and situational awareness.
  • Deliver a professional, courteous cabin and client experience.

🌟 What You’ll Bring (Minimum)

  • Total time: 750 hours
  • Certificates: Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IR – FAA
  • Medical: Class 2
  • Current passport with unrestricted international travel privileges
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Familiarity with TAA and advanced aircraft systems
  • Proficiency operating in both IFR and VFR environments
  • Strong working knowledge of aviation weather, federal aviation regulations, international customs and immigration requirements, and company procedures
  • Adaptability to an active, rapidly changing flight schedule

🚀 Highly Preferred

  • 1000+ hours total time
  • 75+ hours of instrument time (for highly qualified consideration)
  • CFII
  • Experience in Part 135 and/or Part 91 Subpart K, corporate flight operations
  • Significant time in advanced avionics or glass cockpit systems

🎓 Training & Growth

Type rating is not required—we provide comprehensive training on the Pilatus PC-12, with ongoing recurrent, standardization, and mentorship to help you advance confidently as a professional aviator.
