Challenger 604 Captain – International Corporate Operations

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command CL-604 operations with a relentless focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
• Plan and execute international flights in accordance with ICAO, state, and company standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in high-density/complex airspace and airports, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
• Lead the crew with clarity and calm, fostering a just culture and high-performance team dynamic.
• Deliver exceptional, discreet customer service tailored to executive travelers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers to optimize on-time performance.
• Apply strong SMS and risk management practices, including preflight analysis and threat/error management.
• Maintain meticulous operational records, briefings, and post-flight documentation.

🧰 What you bring

• Flight time minimums: 4,000 hours total time; 2,000 hours PIC; 500 hours jet.
• International flying experience.
• Ability to operate effectively at high-density airports.
• Strong leadership, crew resource management, and decision-making under pressure.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; proactive communicator.
• Polished customer service skills and professional presence.
• ATPL (TCCA) with valid Class 1 medical and ELP Level 4.
• Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

• Challenger 605 type rating or CL-604/605 platform experience.
• Corporate/charter aviation background with VIP service standards.
