Challenger 604 Captain – Worldwide Operations (Permanent)

Step into a permanent Captain role on the Bombardier Challenger 604, operating across domestic and international routes. We’re seeking a seasoned commander who pairs exceptional airmanship with five-star service, thrives under pressure, and is ready to travel without restriction. Type rating training is provided for outstanding non-type rated (NTR) candidates.

  • Employment: Permanent

  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Licensing: ATPL (TCCA) | Class 1 Medical | ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Operations: Commercial operations in whole or in part outside Canada
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 The mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient CL-604 operations while delivering a refined client experience on every sector.

  • Command domestic and international flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory standards, and best practices.
  • Exercise sound judgment, exemplary CRM, and decisive leadership in all phases of flight.
  • Deliver a polished, client-centric service with discretion and professionalism.
  • Plan and execute flights end-to-end, including performance, weather, fuel, and international procedures as required.
  • Adapt to dynamic schedules and perform effectively under pressure while upholding the highest safety standards.

🧰 What you bring

  • Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain.
  • Minimum flight experience:
    • Total time: 4,000 hours
    • PIC time: 2,000 hours
    • Jet time: 500 hours
  • License: Valid ATPL (TCCA) with Class 1 Medical
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Eligibility: Meets ICAO requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
  • Strong customer-service orientation; calm, professional performance under pressure
  • Willing and able to travel without restriction

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Type rating on applicable aircraft preferred
  • Challenger 650 experience considered a strong asset
  • International flying experience preferred

🎓 Training

Type rating training is provided for select NTR candidates who meet or exceed the minimum experience profile.
