🧭 What you’ll do
- Command CL-604 operations with a relentless focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
- Plan and execute international flights in accordance with ICAO, state, and company standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in high-density/complex airspace and airports, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
- Lead the crew with clarity and calm, fostering a just culture and high-performance team dynamic.
- Deliver exceptional, discreet customer service tailored to executive travelers.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers to optimize on-time performance.
- Apply strong SMS and risk management practices, including preflight analysis and threat/error management.
- Maintain meticulous operational records, briefings, and post-flight documentation.
🧰 What you bring
- Flight time minimums: 4,000 hours total time; 2,000 hours PIC; 500 hours jet.
- International flying experience.
- Ability to operate effectively at high-density airports.
- Strong leadership, crew resource management, and decision-making under pressure.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; proactive communicator.
- Polished customer service skills and professional presence.
- ATPL (TCCA) with valid Class 1 medical and ELP Level 4.
- Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- Challenger 605 type rating or CL-604/605 platform experience.
- Corporate/charter aviation background with VIP service standards.

No type rating? No problem. Comprehensive CL-604 training is provided, with ongoing recurrent and proficiency support to keep you current, confident, and mission-ready.
