🧭 Your Mission
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on PC-12 operations, leading safe, efficient flights from briefing to shutdown.
- Execute thorough flight planning: weather analysis, performance, fuel, payload, alternates, and risk assessment.
- Operate in strict adherence to company SOPs, CARs, and highest safety standards.
- Champion CRM, clear communication, and a just culture—mentoring crew and supporting continuous improvement.
- Deliver professional client and passenger care with poise in dynamic, time-sensitive missions.
- Maintain currency, training records, and accurate documentation, including safety and SMS reporting.
🧰 What You Bring
- Minimum 2,000 hours total time and 500 hours PIC.
- Valid ATPL (TCCA) and Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Proven decision-making, situational awareness, and leadership under pressure.
- Type rating not required—training provided; enthusiasm for mastering the PC-12.
🌟 It’s A Plus If You Have
- Prior PC-12 experience.
- EMS/medevac operations background.
- Familiarity with Northern Ontario or remote/seasonal operating environments.
🧾 Eligibility & Compliance
- Work Authorization: Ability to work in Canada and travel to the United States (e.g., valid Canadian passport/work authorization).
- Security: Satisfactory criminal record check.
- Health: Immunization record with required vaccinations.
- COVID-19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law.
