This is a permanent role operating under FAR Part 91 and Part 135 with a professional team and a mission-focused mindset.
✈️ The Role
As PC-12 Captain, you will serve as PIC for Part 91 and 135 operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flights. You’ll lead all phases of flight from planning to shutdown, deliver an exceptional passenger experience, and uphold rigorous safety and regulatory standards.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Act as PIC on the Pilatus PC-12 for Part 91/135 missions, maintaining the highest safety margins.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, performance, W&B, fuel, alternates, and risk assessment.
- Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations, company GOM/SOPs, and safety management practices.
- Exercise strong CRM; coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations.
- Deliver professional, courteous passenger care and clear, timely communication.
- Complete accurate flight/maintenance logs and ensure timely reports and recordkeeping.
- Maintain currency and proficiency; participate in initial and recurrent PC-12 training.
- Support an operational schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- Turbine Time: 500 hours
- License: CPL with IR (FAA)
- Medical: Class 2
- Type Rating: Not required — PC-12 training provided (NTR)
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- ATP preferred
- PC-12 experience highly preferred
🔒 Additional Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in FAR Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety practices and FAA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing requirements.
