As a Captain on the PC-12, you will lead safe, efficient single‑pilot operations under TCCA regulations, delivering reliable service in a dynamic environment. You’ll pair disciplined flying with sharp decision‑making, champion a just culture of safety, and represent the operation with professionalism on every sector.

  • Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights, ensuring precise fuel, performance, and weather analysis.
  • Operate to company SOPs, applying robust ADM and threat/error management.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with operations, maintenance, and dispatch to protect schedule and safety.
  • Maintain exemplary aircraft handling, checklist discipline, and regulatory compliance.
  • Complete meticulous documentation and contribute to continuous improvement within the SMS.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • License Required: CPL with IR
  • License Authority: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

We’ll get you current and confident on the PC-12 with a structured program that may include ground school, systems and performance, simulator sessions, and supervised line indoctrination. Expect coaching focused on SOP mastery, stabilized approaches, and single‑pilot workload management.
