🧭 Your mission

As a Direct Entry Captain on the A220, you will take operational command of safe, efficient flights across our network, setting the standard for teamwork, communication, and decision-making.

  • Lead the flight deck, foster a high-trust, safety-first culture, and mentor the crew.
  • Make clear, timely decisions under pressure while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with crew, operations, and ATC to ensure smooth, on-time performance.
  • Adapt quickly to changing conditions, procedures, and schedules.
  • Champion continuous improvement and contribute to a positive working environment.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Current A220 type rating.
  • Valid EASA ATPL.
  • Current Class 1 medical.
  • Minimum ICAO ELP Level 5.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Unrestricted EU work and residence rights; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Only candidates meeting all mandatory criteria will proceed to assessment.
