🧭 What you will do

  • Operate the Airbus A220 to the highest safety and compliance standards, following EASA regulations and company SOPs.
  • Make sound decisions under pressure and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust across the flight deck and cabin.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations with flexibility, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 200 hours (minimum)
  • Type rating: Valid and current Airbus A220
  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: English and Polish
  • Accepted licenses: EASA
  • Right to work: Unrestricted in the EU (no sponsorship)
