Take command of the renowned Pilatus PC‑12 with a permanent opportunity based around Lausanne. We’re seeking a safety-driven Captain to lead multicrew commercial operations, with type-rating training provided for the right NTR candidate.
🧭 About the role
As PC‑12 Captain, you will ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of every flight, set the tone for exceptional crew coordination, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship across our commercial missions.
- Command PC‑12 operations in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
- Lead effective CRM in a multicrew environment.
- Oversee flight planning, performance, weight and balance, fuel, and weather assessment.
- Champion safety, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain currency, training, and documentation to audit-ready standards.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- Experience: Commercial multicrew experience
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR acceptable)
- Visas: Able to obtain and hold valid crew visas with no restrictions for the United States and Russia
- Location: Reside within 1 hour of Lausanne, Switzerland before contract signing (mandatory)
Priority: Class-rated PC‑12 candidates will be assessed first.
