Join a Switzerland-based operation as a PC-12 Captain on a permanent contract. Non-Type Rated candidates are welcome—full PC-12 training provided. You’ll fly to the highest professional standards, blending precision flying with excellent client care.

  • Relocation: Living within 1 hour of Lausanne is mandatory and must be effective before contract signature

  • Crew Visas: No restrictions for US and Russian crew visas (able to obtain as required)

🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the Pilatus PC-12 to the highest safety and compliance standards under company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Demonstrate exemplary airmanship in IFR/VFR environments and across diverse European and international destinations.
  • Lead with strong CRM, maintaining clear communication and teamwork across flight operations and ground teams.
  • Deliver a polished, client-focused service while safeguarding safety, discretion, and punctuality.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • Experience: Commercial multicrew experience
  • Licences: EASA Frozen ATPL (ATPL theory credit) with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required (NTR candidates welcome; training provided)
  • Visas: Eligible for US and Russian crew visas with no restrictions
  • Residence: Able to reside within 1 hour of Lausanne prior to contract signature

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Light-jet and/or PC-12 NG experience (considered a strong asset)
  • Class-rated candidates (PC-12/SET) will be assessed with priority
  • Proven record of safety, decision-making, and customer-facing professionalism

✈️ Training & progression

  • Company-provided PC-12 training and differences as required
  • Line training and operational integration with an experienced team
  • Ongoing proficiency checks and recurrent training in a safety-first culture

📍 Base & lifestyle

To support operational responsiveness, you must be based within a 1-hour commute of Lausanne, Switzerland, before the contract is signed. This ensures dependable roster coverage and high service continuity.
