Start as a cadet, earn your Frozen ATPL(A) while employed full-time in Hamburg, and progress toward a First Officer seat on the PC‑24. This permanent programme is designed for motivated pilots who currently hold a PPL(A).
✈️ About the programme
This structured pathway is tailored for candidates with a PPL(A) who want to obtain a Frozen ATPL(A) while gaining real-world aviation experience in our Hamburg office. You will rotate through key functions, build operational understanding, and complete your theoretical and practical training with our trusted partners.
- Work full-time in our Hamburg office for three years, starting with rotations across various departments before assignment to a home team.
- Complete your ATPL theory via distance learning with CAT Aviation.
- Undertake the practical flying phase with our partner flight school, FTO Nord.
- After successfully obtaining your licence and meeting internal standards, progress to a First Officer opportunity on the PC‑24.

🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: EASA PPL(A)
- Accepted Licences: EASA only
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Education: Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Work rights: EU passport or unrestricted right to work in the EU (no visa sponsorship)
- Driving: Valid driving license
- Type rating: Not required; training provided
- Availability: Willing to be based full-time in Hamburg for three years
