Join an experienced, safety-first flight department operating the versatile Pilatus PC-24 across Europe. We are seeking a type-rated Captain with proven time on type to deliver safe, efficient, and discreet operations in a permanent role with flexible European basing.
✈️ The Opportunity
As PC-24 Captain, you will command point-to-point missions across Europe, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, customer care, and regulatory compliance. You will lead each sector from planning to shutdown, ensuring smooth coordination with crew, ops, and maintenance while representing the flight department with professionalism and discretion.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command PC-24 operations throughout Europe (IFR/VFR, day/night) in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
- Own preflight planning: performance, W&B, routing, fuel, alternates, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Lead a strong safety culture using CRM, TEM, and disciplined decision-making.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, ATC, handlers, and (where applicable) cabin/second pilot.
- Ensure accurate documentation: tech log entries, MEL/CDL application, and post-flight reporting.
- Deliver polished, client-focused service with discretion and confidentiality.
- Maintain currency and proficiency through recurrent training and checking.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- EASA License: ATPL (A) required.
- Medical: Valid Class 1.
- Type Rating: Current PC-24 type rating with proven experience on type.
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Record: No history of accidents or incidents.
- Background: No criminal record; able to meet security clearance requirements with no security restrictions.
- Base: Ability to be home/position-based within Europe and travel at short notice.
- Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must already have the right to live and work in Europe.
