Lead our new Pilatus PC‑24 as PIC in Phoenix
Cutter Aviation is seeking an energetic, relationship‑driven aviation professional to captain a new Pilatus PC‑24 based at Phoenix Sky Harbor. You will operate primarily as a single‑pilot PIC supporting the owner’s travel and select charter missions, serving as the face of Cutter Aviation while delivering world‑class service and uncompromising safety.
✈️ The Opportunity
As the PIC of our PC‑24, you will lead safe, efficient, and polished flight operations for an engaged aircraft owner while executing select charter trips. You’ll collaborate closely with Cutter Flight Management across all phases of operation—planning, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and trip support—while representing Cutter Aviation to owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as PIC for all missions, executing safe, compliant single‑pilot operations.
- Plan and conduct flights, including performance, weather, routing, fuel, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
- Deliver a concierge‑level customer experience for the owner and charter clients; build trust and long‑term rapport.
- Liaise with Cutter Flight Management on scheduling, aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, crew logistics, and documentation.
- Train and mentor an SIC to properly perform their functions when assigned.
- Represent Cutter Aviation professionally with owners, operators, partners, and the business aviation community.
🧰 What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required; PC‑24 training provided (NTR)
- No accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past 5 years.
- Knowledge of general aviation aircraft, service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.
- Proven ability to train/mentor an SIC.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills; able to develop a friendly, professional rapport.
- A sincere desire to assist customers and contribute to a team culture.
- Ability to pass a drug screening test and background check; clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED.

- 3,000+ hours Total Time
- 1,500+ hours PIC
- 250+ hours PIC in turbine‑powered aircraft

- Mission Profile: Owner support and charter; primarily single‑pilot operations
