✈️ Position Overview

As PIC of our PC‑24, you will lead day‑to‑day flight operations, ensure uncompromising safety, and provide a premium, personalized experience to the aircraft owner and charter clients. You’ll liaise closely with Cutter Flight Management on planning, crew support, maintenance coordination, and overall aircraft readiness.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Conduct single‑pilot operations in the PC‑24 for owner trips and charter missions.
Serve as the primary ambassador of Cutter Aviation to owners, clients, partners, and the business aviation community.
Plan and execute flights to the highest safety, regulatory, and service standards.
Coordinate with Cutter Flight Management on scheduling, dispatch, maintenance input, and trip logistics.
Provide mentorship and training to an SIC to ensure procedural excellence and crew proficiency.
Uphold exceptional cabin and ramp etiquette, anticipating the needs of crews and passengers.

🧰 What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)

Current ATP with FAA certificate and FAA First‑Class Medical.
No accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past 5 years.
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of general aviation aircraft, service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor an SIC.
Outstanding customer service, organizational, and communication skills; able to develop a friendly rapport.
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check; clean driving record.
A sincere, team‑oriented approach with a passion for safety and service.

3,000+ hours Total Time
1,500+ hours PIC
250+ hours PIC in turbine‑powered aircraft

Note: A PC‑24 type rating is not required—factory‑approved training will be provided.
